Common questions
A train time looks wrong. Check the label under it: "Scheduled" means the printed timetable (no live data for that trip yet); "Live" means a real-time estimate. Schedules can change on the agency side between our monthly data updates — when in doubt, confirm with the agency's official app.
Where are NJ Transit live delays and track numbers? Coming soon — they require an NJ Transit developer-API connection that is in progress. Schedules for every NJT line already work, fully offline.
Why don't I see any alerts? You likely have "My transit" filtering on. Alerts from systems you've turned off sit under "Other systems" on the Issues tab, and you can change your systems in Settings → My transit.
Does the app sell tickets? No, and it never will pretend to. The Tickets tab links you to each agency's official app (NJ Transit Mobile, OMNY, MTA TrainTime, RidePATH).
How current is the schedule data? Timetables are bundled with each app update from the agencies' public GTFS feeds. We refresh them at least monthly and around major schedule changes.
